Loved the fantastic location and view from the balcony was just fantastic. The gentleman and lady on reception were extremely helpful with their local knowledge and advice. So close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, bus station and the beach. Also Girona airport is only 30 mins away by bus.

Slight smell in the corridor. It seemed like the smell was coming from the sewer.

“Cons: Warning for Young Travelers: Beware of Apartaments Sala Mar We want to warn young travelers about our experience at Apartaments Sala Mar in Lloret de Mar. Upon arrival, we were asked for a €280 deposit (instead of the €200 stated in the House Rules). We didn't see an issue at the time and paid the amount. However, during check-out, Salvador - the elderly man at reception accused us of damaging the elevator without any inspection. We asked for proof, such as surveillance footage, but none was provided. After closer inspection, we saw there was no damage and no evidence to support his claim. We contacted the local police, who intervened and confirmed our innocence. Our deposit was eventually returned. We want to alert young travelers that this man (Salvador) attempted to extort money from us. Please be cautious! Safe travels.”

I came with my friends and family, first the room was a bit dirt but we let that slide. Second, the night ,guard was always seems to be a little rude, maybe because he wanted to sleep:) The main thing is that they tried to SCAM us when they tried to take money from our deposit because to their claim we ruined the lift although we weren’t there when the lift was ruined. To sum up, I don’t recommend going there
