Inside apprt everything worked well

The complex was in a very shabby condition The refurbishment that was in progress was long overdue We were told there was work in progress but we didn’t expect the passageways would be scruffy with a pile of building materials left outside our apprt door for a week after our arrival

The best

Nothing, the lady was rude and abrupt. The aprttment had holes in the ceiling and the security door didn’t work, when I contacted the “ lady” about this she gave me abuse.

To be improved

The attitude of the owner, the abuse of the children that was happening upstairs ( repeated slapping and screaming ) the owner has no time for criticism or attention to detail, I would not house my dog here. The building looks and feels like a prison, the lift doesn’t work and drug paraphernalia in the lights, absolute rip off considering you can stay at the Habitat for half the price. Never again never ever again

The best

Everyone has different expectations, if someone wants to spend time in a hotel, this is not a good place. Great place for tourists, members actively explore, wonderful island. Plus, access to the swimming pool, which is supervised for cleanliness throughout the day. Nice neighbours. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and other services nearby.

To be improved

availability of an elevator, which requires a long wait. However, a small number of stairs allows you to quickly get to the appropriate floor
