“Fabulous Apt”

Generally the apartment was lovely, and a lovely quiet complex. The Balcony is big enough for a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers which was great. Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful and check in was easy and 1 of the owners Andre's was in touch with us straight away to check that everything was OK.

“Best Apartment we've ever stayed in!!”

The best

Apartment 110 Los Geranios is spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need for a very enjoyable holiday. The host, Andrés, contacted us on arrival to make sure we got access and provided us with the code to gain entry. The sunbeds on the huge balcony are a fabulous addition, and the pool area is well maintained and so clean. Reception staff are so courteous and phoned for a taxi for us on our departure. 10/10 😍 We will be back!

To be improved

The fact that it's built on an incline! However, our level of fitness had definitely improved by the end of our holiday! 😂

“Disappointed with owners reaction.”

The property was well decorated and had plenty of utensils, etc. The furniture on the balcony was well laid out.

The safe key was missing. Owners rep was informed as soon as we arrived. The next day we found out the washing machine was not working. Again the owners rep was messaged. The oven had not been cleaned properly. There was insufficient towels and with the washing machine not working we could not get them cleaned. The clotheslines on the balcony were broken. I arrived back home on Tuesday 14th January and privately informed the owner. His reply was as if all the problems were my fault. For the money I paid for this apartment I would have expected better from an owner.

“Modern apartments,great hosts”

We have stayed in this complex quite a few times in different apartments and this was by far the best,modern and spacious plus the added extra for the air con was great as there isn’t many with it in the area,balcony is a double aswell witch isn’t normally the case with a one bedroom,we was a family of 4 and had plenty of room,great hosts,all questions answered quickly and was given a early check in as we arrived quite early.will be looking for this place on our return,plenty of sunbeds round the pool and most were regular visitors who we had seen before so was good atmosphere round the pool area.

To be improved

Nothing with the apartment but needs the bar area needs to open back up round the pool as could do with somewhere to get refreshments and a bit of back ground music.also the odd people who don’t like the kids playing in the pool or getting wet even though there sat with there feet in and around the pool,this was the same problem on staying in here on previous occasions but for me it’s worth coming back as this is a ongoing issue where ever you go with the people who don’t have children.
