We were delighted with the apartment very modern , clean, every thing you'd want in a holiday home , close to beach ,, shops ,, restaurants,, apartent block was very safe and secure , slept with windows open each , night, great bus service rite outside the door in to tourevejeca, loved it , will be back again soon....

To be improved

One small thing , there was 2 single duvet covers on a double bed , easy fix , but did us fine

The view to the sea and city is very beautiful, underground parking was very handy, the place is near the beach, comfortable beds.

To be improved

No sunblind/marquise in the terrace. It would be a very nice experience to have breakfast with a view in the morning but the sun is so hot that it is impossible to sit there without a shade. No coffee machine.

We had an uncomfortable week in this apartment due to the hot weather and the aircon not being very good. There is one unit in the lounge only. The water from the aircon dripped into a plastic container from a pipe on the balcony, if the water went above the pipe it dripped into the apartment below. If the aircon is in use, the water has to be emptied after approx 4 hours, so it meant the aircon could not be left on when you went out or at night when sleeping. We haven't slept properly for the week we were there. The apartment is dated. We love La mata as we know it well but we would not return to this apartment.
