“Loved the Terrace and Location – But Some Fixes Are Needed”

We really enjoyed the location of the apartment – it’s just a short walk from the beach and very close to the tram station, which made getting around very convenient. The terrace offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The apartment itself is quite spacious and comfortably fits four people. Having two bathrooms, one for each bedroom, was a big plus for us.

To be improved

There were a couple of inconveniences that affected our stay. There was a constant sewage smell, particularly noticeable when entering the apartment near the kitchen area, which was unpleasant. Also, the window shutters in the salon were stuck and couldn't be moved down – we saw reviews mentioning this issue over a year ago, so it’s disappointing that it hasn’t been fixed yet. Overall, the apartment has great potential thanks to its location and layout, but it could benefit from some maintenance improvements. For the price paid per night, these aspects should have been resolved as a priority by the landlords.

“Good location close to the sea , clean spacious apartment”

Great location, very close to the beach , good for holiday with kids , spacious , got balcony and the pool access . We didn’t have a great weather so didn’t use the pool . Manage to spend some time at the beach .

To be improved

Although there is washing machine it doesn’t spin so the washing takes long to dry . We had an incident after flight ,my son was sick on his trousers and top ,so naturally wanted to wash it , otherwise didn’t really need washing machine . Once we had an incident when the door lock got stacked ,we worried that won’t be able to get back into apartment, but after a while I was able to get hold of the owner who organised help , and lock got sorted … I thing going forward I would pick the apartment with 24/7 reception to reduce the stress when something like that happens. But I also understand that it was probably purely bad luck probably doesn’t happen often .

The best

So close to the beach. Both times we used the pool we were the only ones to use it (early October). It was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine! The balcony was a great size.
