“The place is fine, but the bathroom had not been cleaned”

It is really comfortable

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The toilet had floating paper in it, there was an empty deodorant, hair stuck on the shower wall, and the showered flooded the bathroom when we first turned it on, because part of it was faulty l. When we complained, the receptionist took the point, but the day later, they sent someone to fix the shower head while we were out, who entered without our permission.

Very good location.

Too small for a family of 4. Fine for a couple. There was no kettle and we weren’t given ski storage. We were in the basement which looked straight into the car park, so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy.
