It was clean, shower was strong. Good space, good tv, reasonable size kitchen.

To be improved

The cushions were ripped on the sofa, the green table was battered and old, the iron board had mould on it, the shower holder for the shower head was missing, Washing machine was old and i didn’t trust it to wash my clothes. The bed in the main bedroom was made of two cheap beds, I’m 6”3’ so need a big king size bed. The place needs renovating, repairing, the sofa and the green outside table needs replacing.

The apartment needs to be completely renovated, the apartment is dirty , the walls are dirty , the air conditioner is dirty , the curtains are dirty , I believe that the apartment was bought and without the needed renovation rented , the neighborhood is poor , if the price was lower then ok , but the price is too high for such a condition of the apartment. For this price I would not recommend
