Problem in a lavatory ; clogged , signaled but not resolved.

N°1 issue: noise. Each room has a different noise source that prevented us from sleeping well (street, stairs, neighbours), even with earplugs. Check in instruction were not clear. Website said "keys at the reception". But there's no reception. Client service was helpful on the phone and we got a "magic link" to open the door. Requires an internet connexion to open the doors, though. Shower bar in the 2nd bathroom was broken and unusable. It's an easy fix, just replace it! We wished there were a bit more kitchen ustensils, like a ladle, vegetable peeler... and coffee filters. Pretty sure almost every occupants will buy some (we did), so leave a few of them for the next ones. Same for trash bags (only one) and dishwasher pods (only 2)... btw, dishwasher was full of dirty dishware when we arrived :-/
