Terrible experience – avoid this apartment! I strongly advise others NOT to book this apartment. We had a very disappointing stay due to multiple serious issues that were never resolved, despite informing the property from the very beginning. 1. No hot water – We had NO hot water in the shower throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival, and although the support responded, they kept asking the same basic questions and did not send any technician until it was too late. We were forced to shower and wash dishes with cold water every day. 2. Unacceptable construction – The building is under heavy construction, which was never mentioned in the listing. There was constant loud noise during the day and thick dust covering the balcony, making it completely unusable. We had to leave the apartment many times just to escape the noise and pollution. 3. Poor support – The support replies were always slow and unhelpful, and they failed to fix any of the issues during our entire stay. Only after several days of complaints did they ask for a photo of the boiler – when we were about to check out! This was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay. The apartment clearly was not properly inspected before our arrival. For the price we paid, the conditions were completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your money – look elsewhere. This is not what you expect from a professional rental in Barcelona.

Apartment is not as described. There is no AC in the apartment. The apartment is very small and bathrooms are very small too , you can’t even take a shower. The Place is not clean

There was construction the entire time we were there on the outside of room 3 and 4. They were redoing the walls and windows. Every morning like clock work they were tearing the walls and windows and banging from 7:30am until 2pm. It was to the point where the construction crew was at the window and we could not sleep at all. Contacted the host and they basically said oh well, we can’t do anything about it. But what they should have done is advised the guests renting that there was construction and they wouldn’t be able to sleep so the guest would have the option to book another accommodation. But they didn’t offer that and just said the reservation is non-refundable. The entire 4 day la in Barcelona was ruined over the in-ability to get sleep.

The apartment was a bit shabby, cleanliness could be improved and façade renovation was on, of which there was no notice in advance, and therefore your travelers we unable to ventilate the rooms.
