“I wish the very nice apartment did not have an intolerable, unacceptable sewer smell.”
The best

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything in it to make it functional. Isabel was very polite and responded quickly.

To be improved

There was only one issue, but it was a deal breaker. The sewer smell coming from the bathroom upstairs was intolerable. It made even the downstairs living quarters unbearable. We tried to air it out, but that didn't work. We told Isabel about it. She was very responsive and said she would have the cleaning lady use bleach. We couldn't stand it and we left 3 days before our check out date to go to another place to stay. If that major plumbing issue could be repaired, the apartment would be fine.
