1. After 6 PM, guests are required to pick up the key at the hotel office, which is located quite far from the property. We had to spend €20 for the round trip, which was very inconvenient. 2. On the night of our stay, the fire alarm went off and all guests had to evacuate to the front of the building. Surprisingly, no staff came to check on the situation or offer any assistance. 3. It was quite unreasonable to ask guests to take their trash out to the outside bins upon check-out.

When we arrived they would not let us take the room until Booking had paid them. In the end I agreed to pay again after I was assured I would be reimbursed by booking. Com. We were also sent to another part of town to another apartment. I think they might have some kind of double booking racket going on. Be very careful. Booking. Com didn't reimburse me and whilst this farce went on I was sat in the foyer with a five year old and a ten year old.

Everything in the apartment was well organized and designed, but I would add one more mirror. The reason I am saying this is that the only mirror was in the toilet, and girls like to have a full-length mirror.

Terrible Experience at Allada Apartment – Avoid This Place. My stay at Allada Apartment in Barcelona was a complete disappointment. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room and bathroom were dust everywhere, stains in the bathroom, and hair in the shower. It felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. The AC thermostat was not working properly, making it impossible to regulate the temperature. It was either freezing cold or unbearably hot, with no in-between. I barely slept because of this. To make things worse, I woke up feeling itchy after just one night, which makes me suspect the bedding wasn’t sanitized properly. The apartment only provided two sets of towel. They charged extra for WiFi, even though website clearly advertised it as free. I refused to stay another night and left immediately. Overall, this place is poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Do not waste your money here, book somewhere else.
