Location is difficult to find when you step out. Until you learn that you have to make Augusta Av your main locus, it is very confusing. It took me four days to work out the simplest route to Fontana Metro. If guests were provided with a clear, well documented map of the local area, including rhe several metro stations that would be very helpful.

To be improved

Unfortunately the concierge on duty on my Tuesday morning knew nothing about training to Montserrat..She had no knowledge of the simple fact, I had to go to Square Espagne. Fortunately for me I had reason to go to Sans and there I got the simple advice. The two other concierge I dealt with were scandalised.

Very clean. Serviced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen had enough equipment to make a meal. Nice bathroom. The restaurant had lovely food. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend. We stayed for 8 days and had no problems. Would definitely recommend
