Stayed here for 5 nights and our room never got cleaned once we also had to ask for towels and bedding also I have stayed in apartments before and have never received this kind of service won’t be staying here again

clean and comfortable and a decent location to all amenities. Quiet at night as your not in the middle of all the pubs , We didn’t have to pay the deposit on arrival ?apartment was very spacious will use again :-)

Well had no faults at all .we arrived in the morning .and the lady on reception was so nice .she let us in pur room. Which was so good. Was on 2 bedroom .it was clean. Beds clean .bigbalcony .it did the job. And the guy 9n reception realy nice to .he let us put or bags on storage on the day of xomein home as was on late flight. Would recommend these apartments. 5 mins from beach .I would go bk yes

Location was great , the fellas on reception couldnt have been more helpful , we were on the top floor of apart 2 and the views and Balcony were Amazing and we had a sea view, there was building work going on the New hotel next door but didnt bother us , our room was clean and tidy with maid service , we were only there for 4 nights , but wished we had stayed longer , well worth a visit . I did hire a scooter to get around and reception had no problem looking after the charger, when we went out , Good Value for money too

I stayed here on 2nd jan 26 for 4 nights, I previously stayed here early last year also and didn’t have a problem so rebooked again for this trip, but I wish I had stayed elsewhere this time round. The cleanliness of the room was not up to previous standards. There was big balls of dust and hairs on the floor I had to sweep it as soon as I went in. After sweeping I had a shower before I went out walked from the bathroom to the bed and the floor was wet (obviously) so wiped it up with a towel and was shocked to see how dirty the floor was (was BLACK!) Made sure I wore flip flops at all times in the apartment after that. In the bathroom the shower door didn’t close fully so water went all over the floor every time you showered. And the shower door was full of black mold in between where the shower doors slides. When we have stayed there previously we stayed in the main tower 1 but this time we was in tower 3 apartment 8c (which did have the biggest balcony) but for me the cleanliness let it down. Now for the 2nd problem the building works going on at the hotel behind we was not made aware of the extensive building works happening at the hotel port just behind the BCL if I had been made aware I’d of definitely changed to stay somewhere else! More than likely I won’t return here, which is unfortunate as I have stated before I enjoyed previous stays.
