“Perfect stay, amazing staff, brilliant location and no issues at all”
The best

Having visited Benidorm many times this has to be the best place we have stayed by far. The apartments were very clean, super spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the air con brilliant. The pool and bar area was also very clean and not too busy. Added bonus was no sun bed wars.

To be improved

The only minor fault was the shower is quick to flood but after day one we worked out to just put an extra towel down which wasn’t an issue as they replaced them daily.

The air-conditioning was broken throughout my whole stay. Being on the 12th floor my room unbearable. The temperature inside my room was 30 degrees Celsius and the only way I could sleep was on the balcony.

Nice clean, spacious apartment, nice bar and friendly staff.

To be improved

The air-conditioning was not working even though in previous reviews the management said it was fixed offered us the option to move but that’s ridiculous. Trying to find somewhere last minute they should’ve emailed us to let us know it was not working.
