Aparthotel Diamant Blue

This property is very dated, nothing like the photos. The woman who was doing reception came out from a room shouting down to us at reception not very professional. Rooms were very tired place needs a massive refurb imo.

We paid extra to pay on arrival but Diamant apartments took the money straight away so we ended up paying a bit more even thou booking .com gave us the option and when queried all they could do was say was to contact the property which was frustrating as English was very limited so perhaps the pay on arrival for extra money should be removed .. The bed/bedding and the furniture needed upgrading also the shower wasn’t very good at all. The lift didn’t work for 2 days and staff spoke very little English had to speak through Google translate.The staff were pleasant enough.

No one on reception. Safe didn't work in the room. Shower curtain fell down. Pool closed.

The apartments are dated and basic, and the shower didn't have hot water,

I was left standing at the reception desk for over an hour. Trying to check in but there was nobody there. When I finally got someone to assist me it took nearly another hour and I never got to see the room as I actually had a meeting which I was then late for. When I came back to check into my room the air conditioning did not work and it seemed a complete inconvenience for the lady to assist me to find a room with air conditioning. The pool was cloudy and dirty and was not fit for swimming. Unfortunately, these things left a sour taste

Kettle element was perished and flaking. Needs replacing.
