We have requested for Iron and property has confirmed as well but didn’t give and asked us to use laundry Iron which wasn’t working so had to wear non iron cloth. It has mentioned on facilities to clean room every two days but they just came to change the towel and that’s it so we have ended up with smelly toilet and shower as they did not clean neither provided anything to clean.All because of that got too many mosquitoes bite to the kids. It doesn’t mentioned we have to pay tourist charge when we have booked but they have charged us €39 while check in. Breakfast was so expensive and not many options as they charged us €11.

“Good value, accessible, great for a family”

Good value and location. Comparable size/quality rooms in other areas of the island appeared to be 100-200 EUR more for a stay of 3+ nights Breakfast buffet (11 EUR/adult, 5.5 EUR/child) is ok if you're only there a few days, but the lack of variety might be an issue if you plan to eat there more than 2 or 3 times. Requested high floor to reduce noise (which was provided), but I thought there was only 3 stories, not 4. Lugging baggage (or just your own body weight) to a 4th floor with no lift can be exhausting. Not the property's fault. The hotel is located on a street 5-10 min walk from an endless amount of restaurants and bars, and there is a small market next door. Kind of a party scene for a lot of British, Irish and German tourists. The hotel itself is more family oriented and relaxed, but a few minutes away are some party hotels with lots of stag groups and other raucous 18-25 year olds. We didn't have an issue with street noise. If you are renting a car, it is easy to temporarily park in front of the hotel for a couple minutes to load/unload baggage or people, but the paid parking is not ideal if you are driving an SUV or a larger car. The workers at the reception desk were very helpful in providing information about street parking. There are a couple free parking lots within 5 min walking, one of which usually always had a few spots open.

I respect the pool lifeguard has a job to do, and it's good to be hypervigilant in that role, but he gave me attitude for having alcoholic drinks by the pool because there were children around. Essentially told me to watch my cups as if some children were going to drink from them, even though they were located right next to me at arms' length and within view the entire time. Not really an issue, but was unnecessary policing. Pool closes at 7 PM which isn't horrendous, but in the summer months when it doesn't get fully dark until 10 PM, it feels a bit early. Luckily the beach is only about a 10 minute walk away, so if you need a couple more hours of water and sun, that's a quick fix
