“The swimming pool and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant was amazing. The room was ok in general with a good view on the pool and stage. · Cons: The kitchen could include more accessories. At least one good knife. All is made to force guests to use the restaurant. Entertainment was very poor and was a real disappointment for us”

“Perfect stay in Mallorca”
The best

The buffet in the three meals was superb..good variety and excellent tasty food. Room was spacious, comfy and clean with a good view. Staff were very friendly and even they did us an early check in.

Dishes were always dirty. I had to dig for a clean plate. Glasses same.. Staff wipes tables with cloth, then touch silverware and glasses settings up for the next use. If silverware on the table looked clean, they would put in aprin too, set the next table up. Place mates were wiped and reused by the next person's.
