The young man from Argentina at the reception and the location in Vielha.

Thr kitchen was very poorly equipped, not even enough mugs or cutlery for 4. Good thing there were just two of us. One pot with no lid, a drying rack with no base, barely any cooking utensils. In both the kitchem and bathroom so many things were broken and needed repair. It snowed and they did not even clean the driveway. If we had not had chains we would have never gotten out.
