“We were upgraded to a 3 bed apartment which was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need, although we only stopped 1 night we would have been happy to stay longer and would definitely stay again or recommend. Staff went our of their way to make our stop enjoyable.”

Very nice clean and big rooms. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast was disappointing and nothing like the photos we saw and the staff there not as nice. Would book again but skip breakfast :)

“Excellent apartment and services in the old town - great value-for-money!”

We were finishing our travels with a road trip in a rental car, staying 4 nights in 5 old towns we'd not visited in 5 previous trips to Spain since 2008. We'd explore them walking and maybe visit nearby areas outside the towns. Zaragoza was our second old town. Our hotel was perfectly situated above an underground carpark- easy walking to the river, market, gardens, historic/art/cultural sites and restaurants We reported 3 minor problems after checking in and were pleased the maintenance service resolved them early next morning The temperatures hovered around 41C each day - which we're used to in summer at home. The roof-top pool was refreshing before we'd retreat into our very quiet, air-conditioned apartment. We had great blackout blinds on the windows, helping us relax into our stay. The staff were excellent and we appreciated them booking a nearby restaurant that only took phone bookings while we were on a day trip We were grateful for the washing machine since this was our last before two hotel stops and flying home

To be improved

The wifi/internet wasn't secure but our Norton VPN protected our phones. My computer with Norton VPN struggled so I mostly didn't use it
