Modern design very comfortable for groups of friends with good connections to the main points of Valencia

Nothing to do with apprtement. Just be aware of high humidity in Valecia region that can make the stay indoors uncomfortable. We were in Early March and the feeling of humid clothes in the morning wasn't very nice.

The flat was comfy, well located even if not in the city center. Everything is very convinient. The owner was also very friendly and helpfull . He made everything for me to get the greatest stay.

Comfortable apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the metro and therefore easy to reach all the tourist spots of Valencia. Comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen with all the basic ingredients for cooking. The owner was kind and reliable, responds promptly to requests.

To be improved

The bedrooms face the road, and even if it is not a very busy road, sometimes it is noisy.

“Very pleasant apartment located in a lovely neighbourhood!”

The best

The owner was very reliable, thoughtful and kind! The newly renovated apartment had three functional and comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms for a family of 5. The kitchen had lots of storage space and good utensils and basic ingredients for home cooking, which we enjoyed doing a lot during our 5-week stay. The air conditioners (one in each room) were much appreciated on very hot days! The neighbourhood was a friendly, convenient and safe one, with everything we needed within very short walking distances - Mislata metro station, a supermarket and fruit and vegetable shop next to each other and pharmacies. We also frequented the nice bakeries, cafeterias and pubs nearby, and appreciated the large park with lots of greenery. The flat was also largely very clean and I also found it to be thoughtfully equipped with many things convenient for our long stay, including toiletries and household cleaning detergents and tools, etc. When I told the owner that I had problems with the vacuum cleaner (which had subpar suction power, hence the floor felt quite dusty all the time), he promptly brought me a new vacuum cleaner the next day!

To be improved

All three bedrooms are facing the road, and although it is not a big road and the traffic is quite alright, the passing vehicles in the night can be surprisingly loud, which was the main reason we needed to use the air conditioners at night, so that we could sleep with the windows closed. During the day the noise did not bother us at all.

Very clean place, nice place near centre and metro, the personal who manage the property very kind, he wait for us at 22.00 în the evening. Full kitchen and very, very cozy warm place to stay. Warm terase open for enjoy coffe and wine with friends or family I hope I will return very soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

All was good an pleasent place to stay, new and vey clean, there were a posibiity to stay for familly with children, also young couple or friends. All good and warm in this place. Close to markets and Bioparc Valencia, nice place to walk through all Town. Everything was wonderful, nothing to ask for more.
