Aparthotel Napols

The apartment was large with a nice outdoor terrace! The washing machine and all of the kitchen materials were so clutch for our family! Great location for restaurants and parks& 28min walk to the beach, lots of access to public transportation. Very helpful staff. The high price for the extra guest (3 of us had beds and our 4th guest, my daughter, slept on pullout couch pillows) was less nice.

Unsafe and Dishonest – Avoid This Hotel We had a terrible experience at Aparthotel Napols in Barcelona. Upon arrival, we discovered that the balcony and window locks in our room were completely broken, making it unsafe to stay in. The receptionist initially tried to fix the locks himself instead of offering us a proper solution. Only after we insisted on leaving did he call the manager and offer another room—but only for one night, with the expectation that we move back once our original room was "fixed" (no timeline provided). At 2 AM, exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. When we later contacted the hotel, the manager lied, claiming they had offered an alternative room for the entire stay, which was completely false. They even gaslighted us, saying we "misunderstood," but this is untrue. We would never have left in the middle of the night if a proper room had been offered from the start. Booking.com has been unhelpful, repeatedly saying they can't issue a refund unless the hotel agrees, but the hotel continues to lie about the situation. We are now stuck paying for two hotels because of this hotel's dishonesty and lack of professionalism. On top of safety issue, the staff was extremely unprofessional. We dealt with three different receptionists when tried to talk to the manager, and all of them were unhelpful. Things only got worse from there. We returned to the hotel to try to resolve the issue directly with the manager. Manager was not available Both receptionists were extremely rude, arguing with us and telling us to leave. The night shift receptionist, Omar (if he didn’t lie about his name), was especially disrespectful. Another receptionist, Pad, even went as far as to threaten to call the police—all because we wanted to speak with the manager and resolve the issue professionally. Avoid this hotel at all costs—unsafe rooms, dishonest staff, and a management team that refuses to take responsibility.

Stayed here in one of these apartments in September 2024 with my son.Reception friendly and check in fairly easy.lift upstairs to spacious apartment very clean,very big lounge,no patio in our case,fairly large kitchen with all equipment,Bathroom was small but again with all facilities although was shower over bath,two bedrooms,master bedroom quite good size but single bedroom was small.Entrance hall with safe,plenty of storage.Didnt know some apartments had balconies and didn't realise there was a car park.

Perfect location for sightseeing. For a three star (UK rating) these apartments offer dated but clean and comfortable accommodation. A short walk from Estacion Nord, Arc de Triomf and all the bars and restaurants which line all the major roads location is everything. We had room 5 on the 5th floor which was extremely quiet but with no view from the small balcony although it did have a table and chairs and outside sink for washing glasses and breakfast plates which was useful The only downside was the stench of cannabis from people on other balconies and residents in the adjoining flats which was over powering at times. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted everybody each time guestsentered or left the building.

My tablet was stolen and management didn't care to even respond to my correspondence. They act like their staff are above the law and are infallible. I was able to prove that it was in the apartment and they just don't care. As well, the bathroom was grimy, moldy, and dated. The walls are super thin and you hear your neighbours opening and slamming doors. A/C was broken and I informed them, they said next day someone would check, and no one did.

Spacious, clean apartment. Located only a short walk from metro stations. The area felt safe. Very quiet considering the city location (we had apartment at the rear of the building). Great base for a few days exploring the sights of Barcelona.
