“Disappointing.”

Great location, very close to all the shops, bars, restaurants & in particular for the UTMB 2025.

To be improved

We stayed 5 nights & only had the cleaners go in once ! We didn't have the towels changed, the bins weren't emptied especially the kitchen bin which I thought was disgusting given how warm it was in our room. We were also very disappointed in the lack of facilities which were described in the room description. There wasn't an iron but there was an ironing board (which was strange) so I had to borrow one from reception & return it after each use ! There wasn't a toaster, kettle or bidet also described in the rooms facilities. We had to boil a pan of water everytime we wanted a hot drink 🙄🤷‍♀️ I also struggled to sleep most nights because of the continuous noisy traffic passing the hotel throughout the night & the fact the hotels walls are thin didn't help either. Would we come back ? We would definitely go back to Vielha as it is beautiful but unfortunately, not to this hotel 😔

“Very enjoyable good value aparthotel in a central location.”

The best

This apart hotel is at a very central location, near a large supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfect for two of us. It was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable . The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We paid €10 per night for underground secure parking as we had two bikes with us. The girl at reception kindly allowed us park there for a couple of hours prior to our checkin at 4 pm . Even though our room faced the road we didn’t notice it being too noisy outside possibly because we were on the 3 rd floor. A good value aparthotel for a short stay.

To be improved

It was quite hot in the bedroom as the temperature was in the high 20’s so although there was a ceiling fan in the main living area air conditioning would be a big plus.

Unfortunately I arrived slightly early and didn’t realise the reception times (they were probably given in the booking) however it was no problem as I had a beer in the next door bar waiting for reception to open 👍

“Very good overall”

The best

Very clean - the cleaner was lovely. She did a good job every day and she was always smiley and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the shower excellent. Receptionists were good and we liked the style of the hotel and room.

To be improved

Very surprised that the room didn’t have an air conditioner. It was hotter in the room than outside and it wasn’t that hot outside. It must be boiling in the summer! The road outside was also noisy.
