“We stayed here for a week. Before coming, I read many reviews from other guests, and overall, they were quite accurate. Most of the staff were very friendly. The facilities are a bit outdated, but still functional and not inconvenient to use. The kitchenware is about the standard you would expect from an average European holiday apartment. There are two buildings—one uphill and one downhill from the reception. We stayed in the lower one. The view of Alcudia Bay from the terrace was lovely. The garbage disposal area is located near the upper building, so it was a bit of a walk to take out the trash. We also didn’t receive any instructions on how to sort the waste, which caused some confusion. It would be helpful to get an explanation during check-in. The restaurant was very basic. We had pre-booked both breakfast and dinner, but there weren’t many options, and breakfast in particular was almost the same every day. It would be great if this could be improved. You can also notice that the official photos uploaded by the property include very few of the restaurant—which likely reflects the reality. Parking is available on the public road right in front of the apartments, and we had no issues during our stay.”

1. Do Not Pay for Parking I paid €15 per day for parking, only to find out I could park for free just 10 meters from my apartment on a street that remained empty throughout my entire 7-day stay in July. I wanted to cancel the paid parking on the very first day, but the reception staff kept shifting responsibility and refused to make a clear decision. As a result, I felt scammed. Don’t make the same mistake—check nearby free parking options first! 2. Bad Smell from the Sewer There was a terrible odor coming from the pipes in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. I reported it, and a technician added some chemicals to the pipes. This only replaced the bad smell with chemical fumes for a day, after which the unpleasant odor returned. A hotel apartment that smells bad for the entire stay? That’s unacceptable! 3. Moldy Washing Machine I was glad the apartment had a washing machine, especially since I was traveling with kids. Unfortunately, the detergent drawer was completely covered in mold… Just another piece of the puzzle that paints the full picture of this disappointing stay.

Out in the middle of nowhere- place is rundown Food was terrible 45 minute edit to get a taxi to civilization. We had to pay for another hotel in town to enjoy our vacation. This place is horrible and can’t believe all the great reviews, I researched before booking!!!

“Fantastic pool area”

The best

The pool area was fantastic, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available, even if you didn’t get there early. The apartment was spacious, with a nice balcony, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing.

To be improved

The nearest mini-market was quite a walk away, and the hotel is located on a hill, which might be a bit challenging for some. However, there was a bus stop very close by. Parking at the hotel costs €15 per day, but you can park for free on the street outside. Make sure to bring your own beach towels, as renting them is quite expensive. I also wouldn’t recommend the hotel’s dinner option—it’s not really worth the price.

It was a nice quiet location that hit the holiday needs · Cons: Overall the general comment is that some aspects of the facility just need a refresh. One point to note is the main pool is quite deep. I am 5ft 10" (1.77m) and there was only one small section where you could just stand with water just below chin... Everywhere else was way deeper, it is just a consideration for less confident swimmers, The shallower separate pool is really for kids. we do like playing games as a family in the pool but this was a bit more challenging in this pool. There are separate smaller pools for kids etc its just a watch out to be aware of. But with wonderful beaches close by that might not be as important a consideration for most”

I am 5ft 10" (1.77m) and there was only one small section where you could just stand with water just below chin... Everywhere else was way deeper, it is just a consideration for less confident swimmers, The shallower separate pool is really for kids. we do like playing games as a family in the pool but this was a bit more challenging in this pool. There are separate smaller pools for kids etc its just a watch out to be aware of. But with wonderful beaches close by that might not be as important a consideration for most
