The bartender and the drinks section were excellent.

To be improved

the air conditioner in our room was broken. Although we reported it in the morning, the issue was addressed very late. We had to sleep in an extremely hot room for three nights.

The location is good; there are some souvenir shops nearby, and it's also very close to the beach. Although the place is not very new, it was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

To be improved

We booked the all-inclusive option, but to be honest, it’s not worth it as the food is not good at all. Breakfast was just okay, but we definitely didn’t eat there after the first day. We tried it once, but the food had no variety and wasn’t tasty, so we decided to eat out every day instead. Luckily, there are some restaurants nearby where you can eat. The drinks were average, but I suppose acceptable for the price. It was a bit complicated at first to figure out where to leave the car. They do have parking, but you need a code to access it—which is fine—but the issue is that they only give you the code once they hand over the room keys. So if you’re arriving alone, it’s a bit tricky to know where to leave the car while you go get the code, since you can’t park outside.

I had little help with the food, I have coeliac disease and have to be careful what I eat. Amount of sun beds and parasols around the pool.
