“It was a great experience”

The best

The property was clean and the staff was generous with us. Desiré and Bruno were amazing. Bruno let us know all the good attractions and restaurants in the area. The property has central air conditioning which is really hard to find in Europe. We strongly recommend it.

“Friendly staff, spacious but bathroom drains need fixing”

Great location and a good amount of space for 6 of us.

To be improved

Bathroom drains were very slow. Made shower time in the morning very uncomfortable. Standing in other people’s shower water is pretty gross.

“Clean modern comfy stay in great location”

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, felt like was visiting friends than staying at hotel..it was nice to have reception, who were there to help and available, felt more personal and safer than door code entry. bed and sofabed very comfortable.. . the apartment was clean and updated, spacious for location

Would have preferred extra hand towel...really nice place to stay.

“Very nice apartment at a perfect location”

The best

Apartment was very well equipped and clean. Also the guy at the reception was very nice and polite - they give us nice recommendations and advices. Location is perfect for almost every important place - near supermarkets, the centre, the metro, the port alley.

It was a bit noisy - you can hear the metro trains

“Jan the Duty Manager represented their business so well. It’s certainlywell. to my friends and family!location, location”

From the minute we walked in the door early to store our bags Jan the Duty Manager was just so helpful with hints and tips of what to do and where to go, along with even providing us with a map along with showing us all the points of interest. The location is super cool right in the heart of Las Ramblas and opposite the food market.

Nothing we didn’t like here it was excellent.

“Location was great. Beds were clean. Overall room was clean. I really liked that they had iron and ironing board. The bathroom was clean. · Cons: The towels were stained and didn't really look white. They were more on the greyish side. There were no hangers for the hand towel. They didn't provide washcloths. The signs on the door for the key were misleading. If you end up on the A side of the building, you have to carry your luggage over 6-7 steps before getting to an elevator from reception (not a big deal, but FYI)”
