“The room is large, very clean and fully equipped with facilities · Cons: When booking, it was confirmed that the parking space was a private. When I arrived, I found that the street downstairs was full of cars and it was a public parking lot(some youngers playing football near). The underground parking lot inside the hotel charged me 15 euros extra per night. There was also a power outage during the period and the door was closed and I couldn't enter.”

“Brand new accommodation in Salburua neighborhood”
The best

The building and the accommodations are entirely new. Everything worked perfectly. The staff, August in partifular, were amazing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything that you would need for your stay. There's a tram station within waking distance to get you downtown in a 15 minutes commute. Plenty of alternatives for coffee, beer, fast food nearby, although I can only recommend Cafeteria Alquimia where we had breakfast.

Facilities were clean, well maintained and comfortable.

To be improved

We were a group of 3 travelling by motorcycle. We left the motorcycles in the secure, paid for, parking, unfortunately all 3 motorcycles had things stolen from them. These were not things we had left unsecured on the bikes, but tools etc, and camera mounts that were screwed and fastened to the bikes, someone took time to remove these items.

The best

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Good shop for necessities only 5 minute walk away. Bathroom clean with excellent shower.

To be improved

Lack of air conditioning but this was my fault for not checking properly when booking
