The location is algo good · Cons: The rooms are not well maintained, you can see that they just roughly paint everything in a very poor way, also you can hear everything from other rooms... We enjoyed an argument of an Argentinian couple next to us”

“Magnificent!”

The best

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very very comfortable. No noise in the area even though you’re in the heart of the Centro! Easy to walk anywhere and Metro on the corner! Staff responsive and friendly, ALWAYS! Great gift on the table for our 5 night stay!

To be improved

Water not always filled up in the afternoons in the lobby. Very minimal but the only thing I can think of. Shower a little small for a bigger/taller person like me.

“Frirndly staff great location!”

The best

Staff very friendly, always greeted on entry and exit, can leave bags at check out if you have a later flight. Room was nicely decorated looks how pictures present it. Everything you need, hair dryer, iron ironing board, air conditioning etc. Great location right next to a metro station that can take you most places on interest, zoo, stadium, gran via, plaza mayor etc.

To be improved

Firstly address on here doesnt take you to right place,tames you abit further dowm the road. Secondly on one of the nights the hot water was broken we didnt get told on entry to the hotel had to find out for ourselves and question when it would come back on, thankfully was fixed the next day.

“Great place to stay if you want to experience the great local life of Madrid but still close to all the grander and famo”

Fabulous location, very comfortable room including good air conditioning which was important given heat, great and very friendly staff. Great bars, wine bards, cafes and much more all around the local sreeets
