Good location, quite close to beach and only around 50 steps to negotiate each journey to beach that can be avoided by walking toward the shopping centre.

To be improved

Daily search for cockroaches and having to purchase 3 tins of raid. They weren’t the large ones, 10 to 15mm and small baby ones, but 4 or 5 killed daily on average. Seeing small ones suggests a nest but couldn’t find this. We left lights on throughout the night that helped keep them hidden. This only occurred around kitchen area and occasionally in shower room. Bedrooms seemed ok.

Low down location for Puerto Rico

No kettle only 1 set of keys no English channels on TV no satellite channels. Longer than 3 minutes to the beach with lots of steps to navigate. Pool are at this time of year gets sun for very short few hours late in the evening

The location was great. But when we're there we had an infestation of coackroaches. Lots of eggs in the cupboards and millions came out of the kitchen are at night. Our so became sick and had a high temperature after eating off the plates. And then dad became ill. We asked to get it sprayed and they said they would send someone but noone came. We had to spray it to kill some of them but there were so many. Also the toilet leaked.

Don't go unless you have a spare €100 cash to give the cleaner for a key deposit. You then have to wait around for the cleaner at the end of your stay for your deposit back. If you can't check in between 16.00 and 20.00 hours you have to pay €20 more. There is lots of road noise and the balcony never gets the sun.
