Apartment Almudena Palacio Real Royal Palace II

Cheap and bad quality furniture, poorly maintained. Toilet and shower in one room with bedroom, very uncomfortable. WC was mooving and unstable. 2 wine glasses in 4 people apartment. 1 tablet for dishwasher for 4 nights stay. Quite expensive apartment for super economy class quality.

The toilet in one room was not secure. It was really difficult to reach staff as they do no use WhatsApp and had to call them to receive keys. Check in was difficult because we came from out of the country and didn’t have tools to call staff. A keypad would work better. Also the apartment was cold when we got in and not all heaters worked. Instruction manual would be useful for operating everything in the apartment, especially because staff us difficult to contact. Wish we had extra towels and soap and coffee pods for the long stay.
