To be improved

after a nine hour journey no beds made up,no bedding to fit beds only big enough for a cot ,beds were doubles door handles didnt work got locked in bedroom ,as soon as we arrived ,if i had been on my own i wouldnt have got out .all the windows had bars on them ,so you couldnt see out of them ,there was a terrace but never got the sun,the pool on site didnt have enough sunbeds.very small tv 0nly had news channel .lots of hangers.kitchen wellstocked.safety deposit box didnt work ,electric fire didnt work ,apartment cold because no heating or sun in the rooms large building next door puts it in the shade all the time.we were cold all the time .
