Checked in at the agreed time. When we arrived they were only just cleaning the property, so had to go away & come back later. The outside area. Big ANT infestation. We reported this to Dmitry who sprayed the area but no one came to clean up after. Don’t think this should have been left for us to do !!

“Overall ok, but would not come back again”

Overall, a nice modest apartment with the absolute necessities. Dmitry was very nice and helpful

To be improved

1. Quite small for a family with 2 kids - very hard to stay comfortably at home for longer than a couple of hours 2. Furniture very dated, sofa all in stains, big bed very uncomfortable mattress. Big blanket very old - needs a replacement. 3. Kitchen equipment (especially pans) very dated, not very usable 4. We were there in December, it is very cold inside the apartment, although outside it was 18-20 degrees. The small air conditioner in the hall was not enough to warm the bedrooms 5. Location quite far from most touristic places in town

it’s in a location we’ve been many times.

To be improved

we’ve suggested some sun terrace furniture, a safe, some more mirrors and a shopping trolley.
