“Playa Honda apartments. Playa Las Americas”

Good location lots of places to eat, drink and be entertained at. Close to Hipodino supermarket for all the shopping we needed. Close to bus stop including the 40 airport bus.. lots of buses for different destinations. Good facilities in the apartment, fridge freezer, full size oven,, plenty of pots and pans, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, large TV. Plenty of bedding and towels. Full size swimming pool plus a child's small pool. Our apartment looked onto a grassed area which was pleasant enough, it is next door to Tigotan hotel but it did not cause any noise problems. Balcony quite compact, room for a small table and 2 chairs. Water bottle station on the ground floor, very cheap water and you reuse your bottles. Leyra our contact was very helpful when we had a problem with the washing machine, she arranged a replacement and was very thoughtful. Very good instructions with a video showing how to find the apartment and access it, also how to leave the keys on a safe key box. Good communication with hosts.

Only 29 sunbeds for the whole of the 3 large apartment blocks,, so if you were not at the pool when it opened at 10am you were unlikely to have a sunbed. No parasols, tables or chairs. On our 2nd day the apartment next but 1 was completely gutted and lots of building work started, so unable to stay in the apartment as too noisy, the pool did not have tables and chairs we could sit at also. The building itself is very dated and is having lots of work done to it. It is a Self sufficient stay, there is no reception staff, just security. The bedroom would benefit from some window coverings as it let's in the light very early in the morning,

Clean, tidy apartment kitchen a bathroom was also very clean. Good communication with the host, I had a request for a thicker duvet, and one was delivered that day (Thank you very much). Large TV, fast Wi-Fi, and all the usual utensils we in situ. Great location, 5–10-minute walk from the beach, and a 5–10-minute walk to the strip (If that's your thing). Overall, a very pleasant stay

Shower head up riser broken No fob for the pool door , they said previous person took it and reception didn’t have any spare So sometimes waited 10 mins to get through
