Roof top terrace lacks privacy from the other flat terraces. The fence was broken and hanging off which was a bit of a hazard as it wasn’t properly secure. However this was in the process of being repaired I think

There were really few plates and glasses, and some maintenance issues.

Everything. They sent us to a different apartment to that which we had booked and it looked nothing like the pictures. They make it look lovely , this was tatty and needed updating. The “ kitchen contained 1 wine glass, no corkscrew , no can opener and mix matched various other crockery and very little cookwear. And the fake leather sofas were all ripped. The entrance ( ground floor) felt like a prison and the pool seemed quite dirty, full of vegetation. In the 4 days we were there no one looked at it to measure the PH levels or cleaned it , as far as we are aware, unless it happened when we were out . There were broken tiles, a broken light switch with electrical wires showing , and the fact there was no window , only shutters , in the utility area made us feel unsafe. I blocked the door with a chair each night. Do not go here , perhaps the original one was better but this one, at Carrer d’Hercegivina ( also Gracia) was appaling. On taking to “ My Space” Barcelona, they thanked us for our comments and said they would use them to improve next time- that did not help us.

They sent us information of a different flat in the beginning, we had to contact booking and talk with them for 3 hours to find our correct flat. Once arrived, the pictures of what we booked was from a different flat. Also, sink was clogged and toilet seat was broken.
