There was an option to get the keys at the reception or use the mobile. It was pretty easy.

To be improved

The apartment was very different from the pictures. The walls, doors, toilets were all damaged. The culinary utilities were dirty. I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t make any type of noise after 8PM and that we could hear everything from the other apartments. The walls are super thin.

I’m need of repairs No air con Shower burning hot so could not use Socks blocked and poor drainage The worst part of the experience is staff saying they will support with the issues and then not being contactable for the duration of the stay - so unprofessional
