First of all, upon check-in, we were required to pay a deposit of 400 euros, which was not processed through Booking but directly to them. When we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Initially, we had no other issues. However, two weeks after checking out, I called to inquire about the deposit refund, and they claimed that we had hosted parties (which we did not) and smoked cigarettes, which we only did on the balcony. As a result, they informed us that 400 euros of the deposit would not be returned. We received no prior warning or notification, and they said they reported this to Booking, although the deposit was paid directly to them, not through the platform. Think twice before booking this place

Absolutely terrible company, never EVER rent with this company unless you want them to steal 600 € from you. Besides disgusting place with hair and spots on the towels. DONT BOOK
