To be improved

The instructions for checking into the apartment could have been clearer. Instructions to access the key should have come with the email that came after payment was confirmed. Instead it arrived much later in a stack of 5 photos which I missed as I did not think to check the mobile app. Booking.com did not send an email to alert me to it, maybe bec the photos came without any accompanying message to tell us what the photos were about. The manager could have replied to our message for help earlier when we were left standing at the doorsteps, flustered and tired.
