“comfortable gem in Cala Bona”

The best

We booked the apartment for a week in March realising that it was likely to be out of season but we wanted to explore the east side of the island. The apartment is in a small complex on the 2nd floor but there is a lift for access and the door opens onto a spacious room with large terrace overlooking the pool. It is an extremely comfortable apartment, very welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. Xisco contacted us in advance of our arrival with full details about the apartment and local amenities eg supermarkets and restaurants - all very much appreciated. Laura who met us on arrival was also extremely helpful and informative.

To be improved

We had no problems with our stay. We realised that out of season it was going to be quiet but there were still enough going on to keep us occupied.

The shops were all shut because of the time of year, all the hotels were shut. We shopped at a LIDL store a distance away so it wasn't fun.

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment is located very close to the sea, we counted 150 steps. The apartment has everything you need and even more. The terrace with incredible sunsets will make your dinners unforgettable. The owner Xisco was always in touch and prepared clear instructions to get to the apartment. I definitely recommend it!

“A lovely relaxed family holiday, we would definitely stay again”

The best

Really easy and quick check in. Parking right next to the apartment. Sea and hill views but being one row back from the front it’s really peaceful and quiet. Fantastic size balcony and plenty of indoor space for everyone to have a comfortable stay.

The best

We loved the property, it was spacious, comfortable, clean, we had everything we needed and the pool was really lovely especially with the designated sun beds. The area was perfect just a few minutes walk you had a lovely beach, great bars and restaurants (would recommend Stanley’s and Syrtaki) you were far enough away to enjoy peace when at the apartment and pool. We thank Xisco for all the recommendations as we used some of them, much easier than trying to research. Xisco and Laura were great hosts, checking we were okay and very easy to deal with. We would like to thank you both for making our family holiday perfect 😊 and hope to return one day.

To be improved

Some of the pillows were hard but this was rectified the very next day. This proving what great hosts they are! The shower pressure could have been better, very minor and really wasn’t a big deal.
