Apartment Casa Palmera only 150 meters to the beach, heated pool, wifi, SAT-TV, balcony with poolview

Very disappointed with the apartment 😒, in need of a major refurbishment or if that's not possible at the very least a detailed maintenance and repair work undertaken. 1) one of the bedroom doors couldn't be closed because the latch/lock was seized so it remained open 2) the bathroom handle was not fixed to the door luckily it wasn't the inside handle, never or less not good to have a bathroom door open 3) kitchen cupboard door hanging off, could have fallen off. Heath and safe issue. 4) microwave was position on a stool to be by a electric socket. Dangerous. 5) no toaster available had to relie on the grill in the oven, took that long we given up on toast 6) insufficient crockery (no cereal bowls) and what was available was a mismatch of odds. 7) glass missing in the bathroom window 8) locking the patio door was a joke one bang and the lock released, the windows in the bedrooms wasn't any better. 9) the wardrobe in the bedroom with the none closing door was a joke, the sliding doors wouldn't stop on their tracks to use it was a big effort just to open and close them, and when you did get them open you couldn't get them fully open therefore unable to use the draws the were fitted inside. 10) no keys or code for the two safes inside these wardrobes 11) the walls need painting to cover the dirty looking marks. 12) in the shower area the mastic was in need of redoing 13) the metal fitment the held your shampoo and soaps was broken with the bottom tray hanging off with sharp edges exposed. 14) the bed linen was poor I have thrown better away. I could go on but you get the picture! BUT there is one more There is no SAT-TV, Spanish channels, the TV is connected to a aerial only. So the headline on the publicity that states this apartment has a SAT-TV is incorrect.

Great location, very close/5 mins walking distance to the beach & the buzzing centre of Playa de las Americas (the 'Golden Mile' with lots of restaurants/bars/shops). The apartment is very spacious; 2 bedrooms, a good size bathroom with washing machine & shower, a very large L-shaped living/dining room and as the apartment is situated on the top floor in a corner: a very sunny balcony with great views of the pool area. Management team very flexible with check in/out times, many thanks. As it's a small complex; always enough sunbeds near the pool.
