“All good except for the internet.”

central location. kitchen facilities are good. clean apartment. The person who met me with the keys was Melinda and she was extremely helpful and informative allowing me early access to the apartment.

To be improved

There is NO internet in the apartment because the Los Molinas communal internet does not extend to this apartment. The internet vending machine is broken and nobody on reception could help. I called the company responsible for the internet service and they eventually came to the apartment 2 days later to test the signal and informed me that the Los Molinas signal would not work in the apartment. The lack of internet meant that I could not use a streaming stick on the TV which meant that, to me, the TV was pointless as it only has basic Spanish language channels. The apartment should be advertised as NOT having WiFi at all.

“Good apartment in a not so good building”

The best

The host was very friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you again, Melinda, for the warm reception :). The apartment is very nice and clean. The sleeping room is on the pool side, so you don't hear much from the nearby roundabout traffic. In the buildung there is a good pizzeria with good offers. Also, directly opposite of the building, there is a small supermarket that provides you with everything you need.

To be improved

Some things could be renewed as they are very old (fridge, no warm water in the kitchen sink, the ground floor window to the pool doesn't lock properly). Unfortunately, one neighbour woman was very annoying as she was screaming and shouting all the time (I know that this is not the host's fault, but nevertheless this made my stay uncomfortable). Although the apartment itself is very nice, the building in which it is located (Los Molinos) is very old and dirty (there was even dog poo laying around inside the corridors). No internet included.
