Apartment Cumbre Vieja Fuerteventura

Complex is not listed as oasis tamarindo , so was hard to get a taxi, to get to location, on arrival was met by host outside facilities, took us to the apartment, which was spacious and had all facilities, however, we was advised that the door was being repaired within our stay as could not opened from inside without using the door key, however this was not repaired during our stay (clearly a fire hazard if a someone was out of the apartment with the key and someone inside and needed to escape) also the door had cracks in it so could see day light through the cracks, also went to the bed and saw palm ants on the covers which I advised host, he said they were harmless and they are everywhere in canaries, I advised been 5 times to canaries and never had a problem, however there was a wooden headboard nailed to the wall, so we decided to move bed forward and killed the ants and there was no sight of them after this, although a great location, I don't think we would ever stay here again

- Good location, especially if you have a car. There is plenty of parking and it's a 3 minute drive to Mercadona and Lidl (both cheaper than the supermarkets in town). You can also drive to the dunes really easily. Not in the centre of Corralejo but that was a good thing for us. Having a car makes this place really convenient, but you can still get around without one. We walked into town once and to the dunes once - both take about half an hour. - The person managing the flat was really responsive. - The landscaping in the complex is fantastic, loads of cacti and palm trees. It almost felt like being in a botanical garden. - The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook all our meals for the week we were there. There is a full-sized fridge and a microwave. - The living room, bedroom and toilet are all a good size. - You have an outdoor seating area to yourselves. - There's a pool in the complex with lounge chairs around. - The shower has a good water pressure and temperature. - It was really calm and quiet. Everyone in the complex was really considerate about noise at night and around the pool. - The flat was clean. - There are restaurants and a convenright outside the complex.
