“Exceptional”

The best

We had such a great stay in this apartment. I stayed there with my husband and daughter, and it was perfect for us. The location is amazing close to everything. The apartment was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and fast WiFi ideal to work remotely. Andrea was so kind and helpful, always quick to respond. Having a lift and a minimarket nearby was really handy too. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

The best

The apartment is in a great location, close to the city center and supermarkets, which was very convenient. The size of the apartment is good, apart from the very small shower, which was a bit awkward to use. Overall, the location is great, but with a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

To be improved

That said, a few things could have been better. The apartment wasn’t cleaned to a high standard—there were bits of eggshell in the sink and crumbs on the sofa. The towels provided were very small and of poor quality, especially considering the price of over £100 per night. We also weren’t greeted on arrival, which was fine, but accessing the building was tricky as the main gate requires a key. We were only able to enter because someone was leaving at the same time.
