I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Oliver was very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him prior to the stay to welcome me to the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and the pool facilities were great ! We had a lovely week and the apartment was just about perfect for what we wanted.

To be improved

From my understanding I knew the apartment had air con before I visited , however this is only downstairs, there is a large fan upstairs in the bedroom which would be okay however it was exceptionally loud and very hard to sleep with . I just don’t understand how the fan could be tested and given the okay to have in a bedroom as manager of the property or used by other customers. (Not so much about the property but it’s quite a long walk and up a steep hill from the restaurant area at Matagorda so that is something to note for future guests. So to answer the question would I stay again , I would absolutely however I would like to be closer to the beach in this location of the island.)

Lovely spacious property, quiet site, large pool area, the property has everything you need, very clean, the property manager was very helpful

Everything! Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Lovely, safe atmosphere in the complex.We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and plenty of sun loungers always available. Also, close to bus stop and taxi rank. Oliver met us and was very helpful, explaining everything in the apartment.

Oliver met us at the apartment and showed us around which was lovely. We were grateful to check in/out a bit earlier/later which we were grateful for. The apartment was spotless and finished to a great standard. Perfect location.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Bed change and clean during stay. Sun on patio all day. Good quiet location. Complex was quiet and well kept. Good communication before and during holiday. Our flight was delayed and Oliver was still available to meet us at apartment
