The place didn't have any fans and air conditioning.

The pictures don't capture the state of the apartment or view. The company does not provide resources to keep the place in good shape and only seem to allow patches, no replacement of windows, doors or forniture, The state of the building and appartment is very old and not well kept, everythibg is in need of a good quality renovation. There are no mosquito nets, and there are mosquitos day and night. Is not a quiet place early morning and night there is loud music and people making noise out of ours. The swimming pool hours are 10 to 7, too short for this hot weather. Also if you want a fan, you need to rent it. It should be a cealing fan in every room , the weather is too hot to just be an option.

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was freezing cold, and we had to sleep fully dressed and walk around in jackets. The laundry we washed wouldn’t dry for days, and the same happened with the towels – they just stayed damp. When we asked for extra blankets, the staff lied to us, saying they had already brought them, which was not true. Later, they made up another story, claiming someone had taken them. Completely unacceptable. The communication with the staff was horrible. When we asked for help, they ignored us. When we requested a refund because we were traveling with children who got sick from the cold, they refused and showed zero empathy. Then, on our last day, someone accidentally mentioned that the heating could be turned on – despite us asking multiple times before. In reality, the heating was centrally disabled, so they had been lying the entire time, just like with the blankets. The apartment itself was run-down, everything was old and shabby. The knives in the kitchen were completely dull, making it impossible to cut anything. The bathroom didn’t even have a tiny piece of soap. The kitchen was completely bare – not even a pinch of salt, so we had to buy everything ourselves. If you arrive at night, make sure to bring your own essentials because there will be nothing available. When we left – sick and with a fever – we cleaned everything. We washed the dishes, wiped all surfaces, took out the trash, and left the apartment in perfect condition. The only thing we forgot was a bottle of Coke and a yogurt in the fridge. But instead of receiving an apology for the horrible stay, the hotel charged us a 35€ penalty for not folding the blankets and putting them in the closet – even though we simply left them on the beds! They also complained that we left a bottle of olive oil and sunflower oil in the kitchen (we thought someone might use them rather than throwing them away).

This isn't the same apartment we chose You refused to turn on the heater unless we paid which I think is such horrible service we had to use a small potable heater but we had to warm up 3 different rooms. The place wasn't that clean The staff was so rude.
