The best

Appartment although a little dated was exceptionally clean with everything we needed couldn't have asked for more location was amazing paul who met us with the keys was brilliant taxi from airport dropped us at wrong location paul kept in touch with us and got me to pin drop our location he really went out of his way walked to meet us and took us safely to the Appartment on arrival he explained how to work the air conditioning machine and took us a tour of Appartment explaining everything can't thank him enough we will definitely book again

“Relaxing holiday in a nice apartment in great location”
The best

The location was very good, just a short walk to one of the best beaches in Torrevieja. The apartment was very clean when we checked in and it had all the mod amenities. We just wish that it also had toaster and the oven. We had no trouble checking in or out, but our flights timing was just right for the check in and out times. The contact lady was very quick to respond to all our questions.

To be improved

One of the bedrooms had a double bed which felt a bit on a smaller side, to have some room while sleeping my husband and I slept in the separate single beds and our son slept on that double bed. Another inconvenience was the leaking pipe on the patio, whenever the neighbours were using water, not sure in the kitchen or in the bathroom, the pipe outside the kitchen window would be leaking creating some small puddles on the floor. We just had to be careful not to step in those puddles.

The best

The location is very central, close to the beaches and to a newly opened large Mercadona. The pictures on Booking.com do the apartment justice. Two fairly large bedrooms, one with two small beds and one with a queen size (I think). Quite hard mattresses. There's also a sofabed, which we didn't use. The kitchen has a kettle, coffee maker (drip type, filter), and the usual stuff. But there's no oven or dishwasher, which is kind of normal for these kinds of apartments when renting.

To be improved

The bathroom smells. There's probably a small leak from around the sewage pipe under the toilet chair, or maybe one of the water locks doesn't really do its job correctly. This is NOT a problem as long as you keep the door closed, since the smell don't travel out into the apartment, but it's kind of sad for such a nice bathroom. I would get it fixed. Also, and this has nothing to do with the apartment per sey, but our neighbor turned the radio on at 8:45 EACH MORNING on an extremely high volume! Each and every morning! No kidding! And it seemed to be placed directly against our bedroom wall. So you can forget about sleeping in late if that neighbor is still around when you're there. Don't let this put you down too much though, since the apartment worked great otherwise, and the location in town was perfect for us. During the off season you can also find parking on the street quite easily.

The best

The apartment was clean and well equipped with some nice touches of decor. Location was good - only a couple of minutes from the beach, bars and shops. The area has many shops, 24 hour pharmacy, the usual Mercado etc and a short walk to the bus station.

To be improved

Nothing it was all good - really liked the place and it was excellent value for size and quality of the apartment.
