“Perfect, for friendly price.”

Friendly and fast communication by email and sms. The apartment is perfect, has all tools you need to stay, relax and feel good. The parking is a little bit difficult, here is a big site but too much car also. The beach is about 15 mins of walking. I will come back all time when its possible!

To be improved

I come by a van as an international transporter. The parking project is difficult :-) The street is under renovation and the noise is hard (will be finished sometime :-) .

“Great place to stay!”

The best

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has most facilities that someone would need during their stay. It is a big plus that there is AC and also a swimming pool. Communication with the host was great as well. This was one of the best places we have stayed at.

To be improved

The location is a bit far off the beach and quite far from Malaga. I would suggest some cooking materials for people for short stays such as oil for cooking. Also some conditioner/shampoo would have been great :)

“I was very disappointed with the building itself, very dreary in the hallways, no bright colours.”

Appartment was excellent.

To be improved

Down hill to the beach and uphill again. Building needs to be painted inside, the hallways dreary and old. Fountain feature not working, no water in it. 2e charge per day for pool loungers.

“Great transit accommodation in the winter months close to Malaga and the airport.”

A very nice, sophisticatedly furnished apartment. According to the preliminary information received by email, it is easy to collect the keys at the reception. You can find free parking spaces for your car in the streets around the house. There is a train station nearby, from which you can easily reach the airport and Malaga if you don't want to drive.
