Good room size most people friendly around bars bit more quite area but just a short taxi ride away siam park is amazing beach just a short walk away the host meet us at the appment very friendly and helpful

No fans or air con and my son got pick pocket got his phone stolen on his first night out in Las America went for evening meal on beach on last night group of 10 asked if they could make 1 plain omelette as mum didn't like menu the server refused to ask the chef snatches the menu of young girl slams bill down for the drinks we had just ordered then when my husband asked wot his problem was he said get outside witch he did jump up but I stopped him as we had young children with us very rude and always check your bill as most places was adding loads of food an drink onto our bills it happened in 7 different places

Not clean. Multiple Appliances broken i.e both Showers, washing machine. Constantly bad smell omitted from the bathroom due to extremely poor drainage. Apartment flooded due to neighbours apparent misuse of washing facilities above, large amount of water ingress from light fitting above. Electrical failure and sparks caused the electrical system to trip multiple times. Upon asking the Landlord for assistance. Was told it is what it is. It happens, and has happened previously. Requested refund due to the dangers these problems and dissatisfaction caused was told…Not possible. Requested compensation. No response after multiple watts app messages.

It was nice and roomy. Just what we wanted.

Shower wasn't that powerful but that's always the same in most showers in Tenerife.

Showers were terrible- poor water pressure & temperature control. Shower head kept falling from holder. Couldn’t get washing machine working. No manual for washing machine in the apartment. Host was not helpful - told us the last guests also had the same problem but figured it out for themselves.
