Apartment in front of the sea

The listing is a misrepresentation. It is not luxury. There are only 2 pieces of furniture - a double bed and bunk beds. Although listed, there is no dining table, no sofa, no sofa bed, no desk, no coffee machine, no kettle, no clean linen, no duvet, no blanket. The refrigerator, toilet and shower had not been cleaned. Shower door was broken. There was a broken light fitting, no smoke detector and an electric shock from the toaster. There is no elevator and it's 6 floors up to street level and three floors down to the beach.

The kitchen could have been cleaner and new bed linen would be a benefit, but these are minor issues considering the location.

The whole apartment requires fumigation and refurbishment. Infestation of ants, midges and mosquitoes. Needs air conditioning. Smell of damp throughout. Stained pillows, curtains and sofa covers. Owners belongings everywhere. Dirty mirrors, windows and shower. The awning control not working. Rubbish left in bins. Food left in fridge. Cupboards and drawers falling apart. Inadequate cooking pots and utensils. No coffee machine. No microwave. No kettle. No oven. Heaters are cracked. Unsecured parking on street. This apartment is NOT on ground street level. There are many, many, many steps.
