The property had everything you needed, it was so clean, host was very friendly even picked us up and dropped us at airport was also active on WhatsApp photos don’t do it justice we can’t wait to come back already

Location was perfect with so nice overwiew on the area.

To be improved

There was an oven in the kitchen but without plate inside , so there was no way to use the oven, as no item to put food on. Knifes wasn't too sharp and amount of spoons/forks etc. wasn't sufficient for 4 people. Cleaner can do better work under the bed as it looks like hoover is not going there too ofter:) To summarise: so small inwestment and attention is needed to make guests happy unless you travel with above mentioned items:)

The best

The people were lovely, the apartment was perfect, however the pool was closed on day 2 for maintenance. While I didn't mind, my kids were devastated, wish we had known this in advance.

To be improved

The pool closed on day 2. My kids love the pool and would have spent most of their time in it. No alternative pool, no advance notice. Wish we had known, we wouldn't have booked.

Super rude management! Start from check in! The person who was given a key from apartments late the normal check in time for about 15-20 min and asked me to pay 20 euro for that!!! I said NO as you late not me. Super noisy neighbours!!! U can hear when they use a toilet !!! Worst ever experience in Tenerife!!! On the end they complain to booking.com for linen damage and as to pay 60eur. Absolutely disgusting!!! Not recommended this property at all. Very small property and totally suitable for more than two people!
