Apartment in Los Gigantes with beautiful views

There was nothing I didn’t like it was all perfect

Bed was extremely hard and the top sheet too small for the bed. Bedding not changed for the whole 10 days stay. Shower attachment was broken, informed host on first second day, nobody came until 5 days later, couldn’t fix it, said they would come back but never did. Apartment is very ‘tired’. Had to stand on chair to peg washing on dryers.

The water pressure in the whole apartman was too weak. It was wrong in the kitchen and we could not use the washing machine. In the bathroom there were the same pressure so it was difficult to have a good bath. The problem were not solved while we were there. The host wrote to booking that we did a damage to their TV, they lied. We just would like to spent good time in Tenerife… I am so disappointed.

The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to use the water properly. It is irresponsible of the host to allow guests to stay in the apartment without resolving such a basic issue in their holidays. The apartment is VERY noisy. It is located in the restaurant area, and it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs until around 1:10-1:30 AM. Additionally, the apartment has unpleasant smell.
