Apartment in Marbella First Line Beach Apto 4-3

Communication with management/host is awful. No water at all on day 2 from morning till 3pm. Problem was in the whole building. After water was back, there was no hot water for 4 days and on the 5th day we checked out still no hot water. Host doesn’t communicate via WhatsApp, not through Booking’s messages, only by a phone call via number provided in the booking. I booked for 3 people, there were no sheets and towels for the 3d person. There was no electricity in the apartment, the wall switches didn’t work. The concierge downstairs knew nothing and told us to contact the host. My son found electrical breaker box inside the apartment and one of the switches was off, we turned it on, power was on. There were no instructions in the apartment. The sheets and towels were delivered after I called Booking’s Customer Service and they contacted the host. Now, the hot water problem. I called host, he spoke some English and understood the problem. He told me not to worry and ended the call. ? Nothing about when it will be fixed. The hot water was not back in the evening, I called again. The host told me to hold and spoke in Spanish with someone, after that he said quickly something in Spanish and ended the call. Other problems with the property: the went above stovetop doesn’t work, dishes needed cleaning, frying pans very old, scratched can’t be used ( chemicals in your food). I made complaint to Booking.
